    Modi has played himself on HBO's Crashing and Netflix's When Jews Were Funny. He's also appeared in several feature films and played leading roles in two: Waiting for Woody Allen, which won the LA Film Festival, and Stand Up, a feature-length film. In 2018, Mayor Bill De Blasio declared June 26th 'Mordechi Modi Rosenfeld Day' in the city of New York for his accomplishments and contributions to the artistic community.

    There IS a difference between Kosher and Non Kosher cheese.....it all boils down to the Rennet that is used to make the cheese. Rennet is the enzyme that separates the milk's casein protein and fat and is a vital ingredient in traditional hard cheeses. Non Kosher cheese is made out of Animal rennet which is derived from the stomach of a calf, lamb or goat while their diets are still limited to milk, this is typically 90% pure chymosin). Kosher Cheese is made from vegetable rennet that is made from a type of mold (Mucur Miehei).

    Not all fish are kosher. Must have fins and scales. Not all cheese is kosher.

    Modi over simplifies. Kodher cheese has kosher.
