Add info on Latitude, Longitude and Address (Street name and number, city, state, zip code and country) of a device submitting google forms. Linking user’s location within google forms.

You are revealing a lot of personal information in this tutorial including your email and home address
After several attempts I discovered the reasons why Master Khizer's codes apparently didn't work. I was copying them directly from the Drive file in the Browser. This added expressions to the code, which made it buggy.
You need to OPEN the code for editing, and then COPY the code.

I want to make one google form which can capture the location of the respondent. I was searching that how making this feature in google forms & I found this video. As I am not an expert in coding, but I need this coding so that I can make a form which can collect the current location of the respondent. If somebody can help me, I will be thankful for them. Can I have this coding, which is mentioned in this video?

Hi Dear , I was able to collect the geolocation for the first input only , the other inputs arrives to the google sheet without addresses , why please ?

Super ! Just curious, can this script collect geo locations when not in cell or wifi range (ex in the field)? using the internal GPS of your phone.

Nice but sometimes when tow people submitting response in the same time than geolocation getting exchange ( actually submission of form and clicking on geolocation link both are saprate entry

Yes, Even I have the same problem. Few of others also raised the same questions but no single reply to anyone from youtuber
Solution: create the whole form use google apps script. So there no gap between submit button and geolocation link.

It is working fine but for some of the users, the geolocation we are getting, is not correct.

But for a while now, after clicking on the link, it does not track the user's location and it does not displays "Sorry, unable to open the file at this time. Please check the address and try again'. i had problems for show the info about the geolocation ...
the solution is, change the name of the function "google.script.run.doGet(value)" -> "google.script.run.getLoc(value)" :D

its only work if respondent fill google form from PC (Laptop or desktop) , if respondent fill form from mobile this technique fail to work khizer bhai
