Most of the custom car modifications is illegal , may vary based on states! But overall you can’t expect west coast customs kind of modifications in India!

These cars look like taxis, so drivers barely have time to keep the car in perfect condition, they prefer sleeping in their free time because we all know professional driving takes toll on your body
Please note that they have not painted inside by removing tyres is neither balancing issues nor scratching issue, its only because inside the tyres is almost not visible except the time we change the tyres They have given clarification about this very long ago. Anyhow they paint inside if customer willing to do so

If tyre is removed, balancing issue will arise..
If tyre is removed and painted then while putting it back it will scratch the alloys
I agree, they should be balancing the tires after painting. No tire mounting machine will stractch the paint if done and cured properly
