Even for me. I travel 80kms per day. I only got changed the brake pads recently. It’s been one year now I am using it. I don’t have any problem so far. I also feel insecure after watching this.

Two times I changed my Ola motors now facing the same problem. Out of 7 months I used it 2 months only. Purchasing Ola is the Worst decision I have made in my entire life.

All my friends who bought OLA are struggling now. OLA is not a moto company; they just produce half-baked products and make money. Don't buy from OLA. Get E-bike from proper motor vehicle companies like TVS, Hero, Honda etc.

Ola likes its customers if you dont visit them once a month you might forget them.
The only reason they exists , is that there are no proper consumer rights protection laws in india.
Im a first batch s1pro user . While running its unbeatable! But when problem arises, you are locked and have to beg behind them to get it resolved
If you own a Harley Davidson in Bangalore, rest assured you will need to wait 3 months for spare parts. Indian laws suck so back.... if only we had a better system for ease in complaints and scrwing the manufacturers this would take a 180
I face similar issue with Yamaha India. It took 3 months for them to arrange an ignition coil for yzf R3. mechanics don't know how to repair in any part of India. They don't even have health check software in any of their showrooms.
Finally I gave up and as joker (Nietzsche) said " whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger". I import all the parts and service by myself. 😂

same issue with TVS. well engineered bikes but pathetic service. yamaha is hit or miss service. but they make reliable bikes and are top tier brand so they will get by

Since the time Ola started selling it's scooter , each and every customer is complaining about its quality and service, but there is no action from Ola...And I don't think there will be any action in future..

Thanks to NDTV profit channel for highlighting the issue. Ola scooter service issues are genuine. I am one among those facing issues with no OLA service. It is the biggest blunder. CEO Bhavish keeps meeting all the politicians and sells future India dreams but doesn't do anything to address service issues. He is a big crook fellow.
Govt should step into this issue as OLA is scamming customers😡

Don't update your ola scooter software guys. What are you expecting it become after update an airplane? Just take default software and use it. I haven't faced any problem since last 2 years.

I don't understand why people waste their hard earned money and time on the fancy toy this is not a scooter but a toy I still used my activa 125 which I brought 5 years back in 17k and I just did service some 8 months back and still strong and reliable infact I just came from a storm safely at my place. I feel sad for this people. I just have to fill my tanks to full and it's ready without worrying of batteries dying and petrol pumps are in easily everywhere.

Tvs is just behind Ola with its iqube. Same issues again and again
my money for S1 of ola gone. its been 6 months now and been to workshop more than 50times and apart from its body. almost everything is changed. and still give problems and you have to tow the vehicle to the service station.
Today my brother-in-laws ola broke down suddenly while travelling. I dont think their service would be solving the issue

who said? My friend bought a ather 450x 6-7months back, 8000 kms clocked....he has paid around 2K-3K Rs. for his running (~0.29 Rs./Km.)where as in a petrol scooter it would have been 8000 Rs. to 10000 Rs. for the same 8000kms.

Bhavish is a tremendous sales guy. It has helped Ola become the #1 scooter company in India. But poor after sales service will kill the company if it is not improved quickly.

The scooter is not even designed in India. If I'm not wrong, they have simply bought the patent from Netherlands or Belgium. How does a cab aggregator even think of entering such a complex market?

Ola is taking its customers for granted. My Ola S1 Air is facing software update issues since purchasing this vehicle. But they did not solve it yet. Last week, the software crashed and did not reboot even after several attempts. The Ola towing person picked up my vehicle. He says he dropped it off at the Nagole service centre in Hyderabad. But customer care is not able to locate my vehicle... Ola's moto is.... customer mane kast-se-mar!
All major brands have problem but ola and hero Vida have major problem wasting hard earn money of poor people who is thinking save money buying electric even govt didn't not took any steps to solve problems

Pathetic after sales service. I purchased the vehicle from OLA experience centre Jammu in Mar 2024 but till date I have not got the registration papers. Secondly there is a manufacturing defect for which i have repeatedly resent the vehicle, I had sent my vehicle to service centre twice but still the problem exist. Don’t buy an OLA else you would repent.

I have gen 1. No major issue so far. Minor bugs are there like software glitches. Every couple of days you have to reset. Make the software open to users, spare parts of consumable items should be available freely or purchased online like the scooter
