I don't know Why government has to take care. Let cinema be declared as industry. Let there be salary structure all in white money. Like the other industries, let there be salary slip to all including heros. Let there be salary structure as how much pay for light boys, assistants, cameraman, director, music director, heo, heroines etc. TDS has to be deducted at source. Then only can ask for government assistance. Except a few, almost all films are made in black money and transactions are not transparent. Without any governing rules, not eligible for any sort of help from government.

Please publish this with clear policies and whether they help all who had lost in other industries also such as farmers, software industries, in racing, in gambling etc.; Without clear cut policies promoting like this without any income and expenditure statement is not appreciable and sending a wrong message to society. If your intention is to help people who had lost in film gambling, publish clearly.
