I absolutely love these. My grandson is crazy over trains. He didn't play with cars only wanted trains. He's now 10 and can't get enough about trains. Then life occurs and the mental note falls right out of my brain. When I did ceramics I used that type of sponge. They’re great for lots of things.

I have seen people making horses out of the same pots. love these i have 11 acres i would like to fill my pasture with these so cute. Just kidding about filling my acreage with them but they are so adorable.

Did you use any kind of special drill bit?
I did not, I just used a regular drill bit.
What type of drill bit did you use to drill the holes?
I used a drill bit for metal. It's the only one I had that size.
What kind of hot glue are you using? Normal hot glue or the industrial type? My normal hot glue never holds anything.
I am using regular hot glue and E6000 glue together.

Why use hot glue and 2000 glue?
The hot glue holds it in place while the E6000 glue dries. Works great.
Oh my goodness you scared me. You really should do that drilling in water. Just deep enough to cover where you’re drilling. They crack quite easily

It’s true. mice likE to eat the seeds
I do have the rabbits and squirrels eating the bird seed that hits the ground, but never have I had a mouse eat any.
