Great Adsense info and tips Mr Blake. If people mess up creating their account it is very difficult to get it corrected. It took two years for son's second YT channel to get approved due to snafu with how it was created and linked to his first YT channel.

Very interested in more info from your Zenbuster experience esp. about: max-duration livestreams, “relaxation music” type. Biggest viewed videos in genre are actually repeating playlists. How are they not repetitive content TOS issues. How about generative music content that is never actually a loop? Such as Eurorack gear patches etc. It takes me hours per stream to build an original one, comparable to edit time for an upload. Feels like uncharted waters would love to find some informed insight. Maybe that’s a video for you?
When I created my YT channel I used a “fan” gmail/email. I am putting steps in place for potential monetization. I created a separate gmail/email for monetization purposes (to link to AdSense) as you recommended. To protect my channel from theft I also wanted to change the gmail I use to manage my channel from my fan gmail to my business email. But it does not look like I can do this since I used a fan “gmail” account to create my channel. Is this correct? Is there a work-around to add this layer of protection you recommend? TIA

Its really that...I don't think there is more he can say What he meant is keeping your TH-cam and adsense login email private....cause most people put it as a contact email and that's how they get hacked. So he wants you to make a dedicated email(or you can use an existing one)which would be for the public to use for contacting you and which u can give out coz it's not linked to your TH-cam nor Adsense That's all really 😌

My copyright claims are because of the music I add. Even when I copy & paste and give credit... I still get hit with copyright claims. I don't know what to do other than stop using music... because I'm not a talkative person..
Depends on the music your using... If you use something not allowed (for some examples Badflower, Eminem, Shakira, Faith Hill, Aerosmith, Snoop Dog, or the Rolling Stones) your likely to get copyright claims. You have to look at the music permission type-- obviously a big artist with a record label you'd probably need permission from the artist and/or from the label depending on whatever contracts are on the song. There's some people who make music that can be used depending on Creative Commons (there are different types) though some may require you to just put in the video somehow (voice/text/both) something like song is [tile here] by [insert name here], but some may require that & TH-cam videos not be monetized if including their music. Kevin MacLeod is a good one, though there are many others. It should be made perfectly clear when you go to download a song what you need to do to use it without any issues from TH-cam if its a legit website. So there shouldn't be any issue. There are free apps/programs that you can use to make your own music on tablets/computers/cellphones as well that make it so copyrights will not be an issue.

Superbly presented and the information is extremely good, easily the best channel on my subs. If you have the time, can I ask do you have to be TOTALLY clear on your subject to get monetization and success? I started my channel 5 weeks as a motorhome travel vlog with just a few views and in the first week moved to celebrity graves by accident because I made a film on the subject when I was there etc and that one video almost made my 4000 hours and so far, and 400 subscribers. So, I made four more travel vlogs with celebrity graves and suddenly my channels dropped off a cliff. From the start I have had a travel vlog 10-second intro film showing my motorhome, not a celebrity grave intro, so is this backfiring? Best Alan
You don’t have to be completely set in stone but it does help to make things as clear and consistent for the VIEWERS as possible for them to understand the VALUE they get out of it

But he’s on this social media site calls, Bigo and we will add his clips but I’m the one was called out because I thought you, can add clips long as it’s not TH-cam? 🤔
Once you are monetized, don't get too hyped on the estimated revenue because it's typically lower when TH-cam actually pays up.

You can use an animated avatar. Still slides may put you in a position where you end up having to appeal approval if there isn’t enough variation.

I know I cant get paid from these but the watchtime will be worth it. How do I do this without a copywrite strike?...say....for entertainment purposes only?

@@LAMAR333 it means that everyone is reusing the same clips for example: it’s a guy that goes by the name, Natureboy that calls himself “god” the little bitty god don’t know if you heard of this nut. But he’s on this social media site calls, Bigo and we will add his clips but I’m the one was called out because I thought you, can add clips long as it’s not TH-cam? 🤔
