reply it is the January 5 1923 Gibson F5 Lloyd Loar signed instrument that was waned by Ely Karasik. It has serial number 71839

Somewhat erroneous to differentiate between the two with the assignations "Loar" and "Fern". Beginning in 1924, many Loars had a fern headstock inlay
