This is a Gov't - Private project. Zero expense by the gov't. the private will ask for toll fee's for 35 yrs. pag na expire na. it will be turn over to the gov't.

Nahh I don't think so metro manila is still by far more infra advanced and more developed than cebu.and there's many cities now booming like cebu and new Clark city and many cities more

The jaw-dropping cinematic drone shot view of this bridge just takes my breath away. And how much more if the two gigantic crane towers are removed and the entire length of this surprising bridge are also being asphalted with road pavement markings. I could only imagine. Next project dapat ang redevelopment ng Pasil. It's really depressing na as you go down the CCLEX, yong mga ramshackle na bahay ang bubuglaw sa yo. In general, there should be major redevelopment in Cebu because while the CBD's are impressive, a lot of the areas are ramshackle. One of the flagship projects under PPP ng previous admin. 2015 yun feasibility study at Jan 2016 ng lagdaan ni Pnoy yun project. 2016 to 2022 ang construction project na yan. Walang kaalam alam si duterte sa project na yan. Ayos na ang usapan, budget at plano sa project na yan bago pa sya umupo. Ok lang naman ang pagsuporta sa pangulo pero sana wag magpakalat ng maling impormasyon. Give the credit where the credit is due.
