God, this movie really did capture the 13 year old girl in the 2000’s-2010’s experience. As an older brother back then (in my 20’s now-damn I’m old) I can safely say that yes, my lil sis and her friends were definitely like this. Enjoy this time in your life kiddos, you’ll learn and experience a lot, even if some of it doesn’t click right away.
