I don’t usually write comments, but I just wanted to say thank you for making videos. You are such a pleasant person to watch and listen to. I am not experiencing everything you are going through, but I still find you relatable as a working mom.
From what I've learned from watching reality shows in the past, I think you and Ariel dodged a bullet. The producers of reality shows have been guilty of manufacturing drama and causing fake conflict for entertainment purposes to the detriment of the parties involved. I'm so glad neither of you would allow yourselves and your children to be exploited. You're a beautiful woman with a great personality in charge of your new life, and you're the boss. It's TV's loss, but you've maintained control. Even though my kids and most of my grandkids are grown, I love you and your channel. As much disappointment and anger you may have as a result of your idea being stolen, it's probably a blessing in disguise. Stay strong, be happy, and stick to your principles. XXOO ❤️

When you said “I certainly wish had not ignored things that should’ve not been ignored …” that truly hit home even more so now me having a baby. I thought ignoring my intuition or even telling myself no that’s not going on, no he does care for me or no he’s just going through stuff at work. It’ll get better or he’ll get out of that phase. However, in the end I just got myself played for putting my heart into someone who didn’t even care.

I remember doing therapy after my divorce & realising how stunted I was emotionally due to a lot of things going on in the relationship. I was surviving instead of thriving. You remind me of myself during the process. Good luck, dig deep & you will come out enlightened & if you want find a healthy relationship. I wasn’t looking & found my best friend & now husband. So proud of your attitude going thru your divorce and protecting your kids little hearts 💕. I've been divorced before and it is so hard when you marry for life your mind doesn't even think that it would happen. But you are only in charge of what you do and when you are affected by sombody else's actions that you have your heart sunk into it can be devastating. You are in the process of getting back your part of your heart you gave away. It takes a bit of time but when you get yourself back it will be all good. I learned so much about myself during this time. What I had cooked up in my head of what life and marriage should be and how things ended up were two different things.
You are a beautiful woman with a great attitude. You will find someone someday that will TRULY love you and fill all those check boxes you believe love should be. Don't give up on TRUE love because its out there and you will have a wonderful life happily ever after !!

It’s sad to me that the concept of your show was going to be about single moms but they felt the need to film the kids too. I feel like looking back at several different types of tv shows that include kids, theres a lot of negative outcomes for them. Teen mom, toddlers in tiaras, dance moms… the list goes on! Good for you, standing your ground and protecting your family and standing up for what you believe in

First, I just want to applaud u for how responsibly & respectfully ur handling this very difficult situation in ur life. How u & ur ex give prior thought to every move involving ur kids is wonderful bc they have absolutely no control in this situation & typically one parent may use their kids as leverage to hurt the other which is just awful.
That being said, please don't forget to choose options that bring u happiness as well bc this is about ur growth & ur life too. Some of us tend to always self-sacrifice for our kids & while there are times that's the right thing to do, there are also times to be a little selfish for ourselves (not pertaining to ur choice re: the reality show...I 100% agree with not exploiting our kids!!!!).

So something about Tropical Smoothie Cafe… they do put sugar syrup in the smoothies. Which is fine of course if you know about it and you’re fine with it but I didn’t know that and someone told me. I was honestly shocked. so now I ask for no syrup in my smoothies. And it doesn’t taste quite so sweet and it’s way healthier and I’m glad someone told me.

The production company probably would twist your reality into some drama and you would hate the chopped up version of your life in the end. You dodged a bullet.

I love that you watch Jordan Peterson too! Politics aside he’s a smart man on a lot of topics. I wish more people would calm down and give him a chance.
Why do people not like him??? I guess I've never watched anything on the politics side for him cause I don't keep up on politics. But when it comes to parenting, marriage, divorce, personality types, personality disorders he seems to know a lot!
@@MaiZimmyased on what I have heard about him(I haven’t heard his videos I have discussed him within my academic department) people see him as dismissive of the changes that are happening socially in the world to the point of claiming that people are being brainwashed by these changes. He has also been called out for being misogynistic and blatantly discriminatory toward people who deviate from the straight white nuclear family.
The other thing I’ve studied is the “facts” and numbers he tends to throw around with little to no reference- so he has been accused of creating his own facts. Again, I don’t listen to his videos and I don’t know him personally I’ve just had conversations with people who have issues with his message.
Oh and some folks think he is attempting to create a modern cult- apparently he is very well spoken and charismatic

Definitely don’t have time or energy to get sucked into anything politically related and have never been one to be interested in politics in the first place. Growing up with a liberal mom and a conservative dad I’m very moderate and know most people are good people no matter how they identify politically:)
great your getting the help you need for you and your kids, But one thing i learned is that kids need time in therapy without both parents in the whole session, they need to be able to speak freely and they can't with you both or even 1 in there

I mean.. whilst you are already in touch with a lawyer (lol sorry) maybe it's worth explaining the TV show idea and issue to them to see what you can do to protect your intellectual property. if it was a unique idea and outline by you and Ariel, it should be possible to enforce your rights if it's worth the hassle for you? but that's coming from a European without a law degree, so take it with a grain of salt :D good on you for sticking to your principles though. love the LBD by the way, absolutely gorgeous!

Good for you, protecting your children. Is there a way to protect your intellectual property I.e., tv idea in the future? Always get a lawyer involved prior to sharing your ideas.
