- Singapore Noodles that are delicious! Stir-fried rice noodles with curry powder or kitchen king powder, vegetables, and your choice of protein (chicken, tofu, eggs, or shrimp). Adapts authentic flavour and delicious taste.
Ingredients:
Rice noodles vermicelli - 2 sticks
Boneless Chicken - 200 g
Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrots - 1/2 cup
Bell peppers - 1/2 cup ( red, yellow, green)
Green Onions - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3
Salt - 2 tsp ( as per your taste)
Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Paprika powder - 1/2 Tsp
Corn flour - 1 Tbsp
AP flour - 1 Tbsp
Kitchen king masala / Curry powder - 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 Tbsp
Hot pepper sauce - 1/4 Tsp
Chili oil - 1 Tbsp
