Надо писать всегда в трех экзеплярах .или через копирку..и даже такие письма надо заверять в натариусе...на что надесь..у вас там все оферисты...прежде чем покупать землю надо владельца земли тоже проверять документ на землю и что он действительно хозяин..и что других хозяев нет...умнее надо...быть....и документ надо держать в пластиковом пакете не вытаскивая показывать прямо через пластик пусть и читает...а папку скотчем наклейте..пока откроет ,чтоб порвать можно и забрать чтоб не порвал
