He’s from lincoln village it was never Rancho Cordova. He’s not from rancho Lincoln Village was just East sac before the city changed it to rancho . All the other hoods in the east where always rancho Lincoln village was the only hood that was not considered rancho cordova in the East they are there own separate section of the east.
