Awesome videos mate I was wondering how many acres you have .I’m looking to buy a place and have maybe 20 units depending on how good the land is .great videos
Thanks how many cattle you can run depends on the country what part of Australia you are in. Usually when you buy land you will be given a rough number of how many head can be run there.
Unfortunately there is a lot of African Love Grass in our pasture which we don’t want. Bailing it and feeding it out would spreed it more. I am slashing to help some of the other pasture grasses come through. Thanks for watching.
You probably need to get a lapel mic or similar (something like a Rode). I enjoy your posts, but it is sometimes difficult to hear you talk, especially when you are being intentionally quiet around the livestock.
Hi all of these videos are filmed on my mobile phone. There’s no fancy music or editing I normally just pull it out my pocket and film as I go. I do have a mic but honestly we watch the videos back and don’t have a problem hearing anything. There is no money in doing this I started making the videos so friends and family could see what we were doing on our farm as they all live a couple of hours drive away or more. Thanks for Watching.
Great cattle yard setup. Love the videos mate. Keep em coming. Cheers

I can't help but think it would be wise to cut and bail all the excess forage you have right now as insurance against leaner years
