We really like the base game. It will be in our top-5 games for sure especially with the Rails to the north expansion. We have even taught this game to the newcomer to the boardgames despite it's weight. I had considered buying Argentina for long time before knew that it was sold out. Even the base game have good replayability. This new version adds to it. But I would have mentioned in the video that this game is firstly for those who has played the base game a lot of times and wants diversity. For those who are new to GWT it's too heavy and there are too many mechanics for them. I would buy it for sure in the future and will consider buying New Zeland. Thank you for another good and creative review!

Aw, that sucks. I didn't like it after 1 try. The 2nd game started to click for me. Now it's in my top ten (out of 200+ games). But if you gave it several tries, I guess it's just not your cup of tea. No big whoop, there are SO many other titles to choose from. Happy gaming!
Haven't played the Argentina edition But I have and love the original. Other than the port I don't see many differences but would love you guys to play the original and give a "these are the differences, and this is the one we prefer"
If you do like the base game, maybe with the add-on, this would be great for you to try! All the possible minuses comes from the original title, if you don't mind them, nothing will bother you ether. We still didn't understand what's the point of getting expensive farmers, but everything else works just fine!)
