@@svetnovinek so I removed the small capacitor and the modem started perfectly!! The question is, how to replace the capacitor with the exact same specs?
At 2:51 I checked my router dc connecter the same way you do but I never get 12v from multimeter! It always says 0.001

@@svetnovinek one of the smd capacitor gets really hot when I turn on the router! What could be issue?
@@sparda1418 It should not be hot at all, there may be an overvoltage or the IC may not work properly
