Holy shit dude! I could kiss your rn. You saved me a lot of money and from discarding my trusty old Surface 3. I've gone through all the official Microsoft troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I even did a hard reset and it didn't do shit. Then I luckily found you and it's solved in three minutes. Really, thank you *SO* much!
Thank you. Great information that even I could follow at 76 years old. Don't know why everyone else makes it so complicated. No other internet articles or youtube videos even came close to this. I will be subscribing for ony other info I may need for my PC or Surface. Thank you again.
THANK YOU! All evening I was trying to connect to internet without any resolution. My son-in-law followed your instructions step-by-step and BOOM it worked. Thank you again!
Ditto to all below. Spent hours trying to sort this out with other remedies all to no avail. Found you and instantly fixed the problem. Thank you so much. Now subscribed!
This works, just like/commenting to help with the algorithm. Tried fixing this months ago using all the other videos/discussion threads and nothing works. Glad I checked again to fix this and found this video.
Came across this issue with 2 of my parents SP3s randomly. When I brought the PCs to my home, there were no WiFi issues at all. I believe it had something to do with a new modem installed at their home. Regardless, this got both of them working perfectly. thank you stranger!
Thank you for this great video. Tried all different steps as per Microsoft troubleshooting tips as well several different ways mentioned on internet. Nothing worked and finally tried your step by step instructions and booom! Fixed the problem instantly. Thanks you again!
First: thanks for this, it solved my wifi issues (on a Surface Pro 2) after a recent ISP change. Having said that, when you say everyone else is "lying" and we can't "trust" anyone but you, it really sends the opposite message. It's exactly the kind of thing a scammer would say and I almost clicked away assuming the worst. Something along the lines of: "If other fixes didn't work, it could be an outdated driver. Here's how to fix that." would go over better with us skeptics. Thanks again for the fix.
Omg! Thank you so much for sharing this video/fixed! After months of searching for how to fix it, your video was what I was looking for! Saving your video for future use. Thank you so much!
The ONLY advice that actually worked. Wasted my time with other videos. I guess since this is out of mainstream support, the drive no longer gets pushed through Windows Update automatically. 🤷♂
Can't say enough thank yous - your solution worked! I spent hours and hours speaking with my internet provider and others to find solution. Thanks you so very much.
Thanks mate, have a Surface Pro 3, just installed a 4G modem/router, couldn't get wifi to work, followed your instructions, now working, just updating Chrome :)
thanks so much for your video. all the stuff on google was pure useless. this video worked. thank you for taking the time to make this and putting it up on youtube. !
My five year old laptop broke down, so I've switched to my 10 year old laptop (this laptop) and I just want to say thank you a ton 🙏 saved me a bunch of time and a bunch of stress, mashallah brother
HI, i really liked it and it worked. spent so many hours on troubleshoot and this video just fixed it. however . . . . after 1 month it went back to 'no wifi network found' though it did before. went back through these steps, tried windows update and soft reset, but still no connection. after re-instap of the driver per steps in the video I keep getting 'device already has the best version' etc. so it does not seem to instal or update the driver anymore. any tips please
Dude, thank you so much! I was going insane with other videos giving me the wrong info! I had a feeling it was the wifi driver! Thank you so fucking much! 🤣
Thank you! Spent the whole morning, even reset to factory (SP3 spent the last 6 years in a closet, I assumed something had gone wrong), and it was a silly outdated driver.
I used this a couple months ago then my computer started glitching out from a new update so I reset the computer and I couldn't get on the Internet, went back through these steps and it worked!
How can I do this if I just bought the Surface Pro 3 but they reset the whole system before selling it. Now, I can't do the setup steps on it because it's asking for wifi connection but I get the Can't connect to this system message.
@@originalbumbu Uninstalled the device, and installer version .121 of the software. I realized issues started when I update drivers , this one to .122 .Anyway all good now. Thanks
I spend several hours trying most of the fixes on You Tube, THIS IS THE ONLY ONE WORKED. WELL DONE. GOOD JOB. I am so happy. Thank you so so much.

I guess your best bet is to factory reset windows and start over.
Dude, thank you so much! I was going insane with other videos giving me the wrong info! I had a feeling it was the wifi driver! Thank you so fucking much! 🤣
I already downloaded everything I needed, but this video FINALLY showed me how to actually install it. I spent hours trying to figure it out 😫
Thanks bro, I have tried a lot of options, and this one was the first to get the job done. Easy and efficient.

Thank you! I fixed it and my IT skills are limited. Xfinity tech told me just go buy a new computer.
How can I do this if I just bought the Surface Pro 3 but they reset the whole system before selling it. Now, I can't do the setup steps on it because it's asking for wifi connection but I get the Can't connect to this system message.
When you first set it up you can choose ‘I don’t have internet option’
Did not work, now I don't even have the option to connect to WiFi, how do you redo thsi
You were correct. Nothing else worked for me, this did the trick. I’m using a surface 3 non-pro.
