Customer service said that EA is randomly selected and not everyone gets it. I thought since I’m A list and I have more than enough points that I qualify every time

@allencrusoe298 @mattlam1045 You had to add another item in your cart first; apply the status cash to that item, then add the shoe in cart. Remove the random item and the cash should then be there for just the shoe. Little bit of a tough process but knowledge for next time.
