Microdiscectomy Recovery Update - 4 Weeks Post Surgery

I decided to have a microdiscectomy after living with sciatica for 8 months. I’ve uploadded a series of videos to document my recovery to help anyone who is thinking of having the surgery. This video was taken almost 4 weeks after surgery.
