I don't know if people are aware, but the gap at the top of the pen when you click it can also be used as a cell phone stand. It works better with a phone that does not have a case.

I'm not sure if it's the ink or I'm not wrapping them right or not heating enough but the shrink wrap melts and the image transfer but it looks cloudy every time

Sorry for the delay. The pens cook for 350 temp for 5 minutes.
in the oven, do you put it on a pan? Also, what is used before the shrink wrap?
Before the shrink wrap is tape and you can put them on a rack in the oven

Hi! Do you lay the pen on a tray or anything? When I tried to use the shrink wrap on my tumblers the wrap melted to my tray in my convection oven.
You can but I don’t even use the shrink wrap i tape it real good

You need to make it clear you are using special heat resist tape designed for heat presses. Regular tape will not work.
What kind of vinyl and paper did you use?
This method is sublimation ink.
How about on a pen press ?
Does the clicker ever disconnect? I got some from Amazon and I took it apart just like you and it came out and won’t go back in
All blanks come from different suppliers. The blanks from mssblanks.com do not do that. I would return the style you got from Amazon.
I got mine from Amazon with no problem so far

I'm sorry I have not tried that method. All of our pens come with the wrap. Please let me know if it works for you.
All I use is the heat tape and it works really good so the masking tape shouldn’t hurt cause I use it on my tumblers

Make sure it’s wrapped and pulled together tight
