@황성연 maybe...I would think maybe the fact that certain ppls stomach can handle it n some don't. That's alotta food, there must be some kind of teqniqe used so the food doesn't come back up. I had a relative who was 45 kilos n ate every hour obviously not after midnight when i say every hour n he did not have an over-active thyroid incase yr wondering, the food eaten was just a sandwich or some cookies or a plate of food when it was lunch or dinner plus ate it slow ( habit not purposly) which means he chewed it like 30 times which is easier to digest...but to eat all this food in the one go n only chewing a couple of times n for the stomach to handle it ??? ..some of the Mukbang videos you see them just shoving the food down practically not chewing at all 🤣🤣🤣......interesting how it's done 🤔

I’m so glad I found this. Lately I’ve been having trouble eating and have been forcing myself to eat. At the same time though, I love food. I was luckily able to enjoy my food recently but since then it’s gone back to being hard to eat. Seeing this has made me want to enjoy my food again!

i just discovered this channel and its so comforting. ive never seen eating as something enjoyable before and was only recently told that enjoying your meals is much healthier than gobbling them down, so ive taken much comfort in this channel. it makes me feel happier when i eat and not like its just some mindless chore that i need to do.

Never been pregnant, but I have experience with nausea due to a condition. Ginger is super helpful. I just keep a pot of ginger tea on the stove constantly during a flare-up. Rice porridge (congee) is also a great food to have at this time; it's light and non-greasy so it's easy on the stomach, and its flavour depends on its toppings so there's endless room for customisation and you won't get tired of it too quickly. Best of luck to you and your family!
I second the ginger , just be careful because too much can be bad for the baby . Try some watermelon as well , it helped me in my first trimester. Congrats btw ! I’m currently 28wks 🤍

작년에 여름에 신림 스시나마에서 일했던 사람입니다! 시간이 지나 2022년으로 바뀌고 최저시급도 오르고 물가도 오르는데 아직 1접시에 1200원으로 파시네요!!

얼마전에 가서 먹었는데 간장새우에서 삭은맛이 나던데 원래 그런건가요 그때만 그랬던 걸까요....? 과숙성된건지 살은 그냥 짓이겨지고 쉰내나고 삭은맛나서 몇번 씹다가 그냥 다 뱉었는데.....

I have dysphasia and eating Is near impossible unless it’s super smooth or liquid foods and I have constant anxiety of chocking while I eat since food feels like it gets stuck and it’s hard to breathe. Seeing her eat is so satisfying and nice to see the big bites she takes. I love watching her videos so comforting !

I have a place like that in my town. It’s expensive. About $25 bucks a person but it’s worth it! Wonderful experience and just being able to choose whatever you want as the food comes by. It was kinda overwhelming cause I wanted to try everything, but my stomach wouldn’t let me at some point 😂
Whenever I know I’ll being going to an all you can eat Sushi plate I will literally eat almost nothing the entire day just to save us much room for the most amount of delicious sushi as I can 🤤
