Im still wondering about the pipes of the bathtub
"They worked on it for 5 years" doesnt exactly explain the pipes!

What good is new tech if only the rich cant use it? Hope all these businesses go bust and they all end up homeless.

2:03 Safety precautions or not, a heating element stored under a seemingly tight cover is a fire hazard…
Or at least I wouldn’t feel at all comfortable having a “hidden stove” like that ☠️

I actually have the rotating bed and it's a great piece of furniture.

Some of those are ingenious (sliding countertops, murphy bed, Dizzone work/gaming closet), some stink of tedium and feel forced. I imagine Protek would require remembering all these sliding locations, where is my ironing desk, where is my tennis racket. I'd put sticky notes on them just to know which slide to pull :)) Step 180, really? I'd rather take my three step ladder and use it anywhere I want, not just uder one or two closets. Morphing bathtub - where is the space saving, I haven't noticed it. Super expensive retractable pool table. You actually need space to play pool. When you have that kind of space, paying insane moolah for a table that can hide under a floor is nonsense. Besides, a pool table is a centerpiece of any room, not an obsatcle to hide. But it's just me rambling, I always enjoy inventions, even if only to criticize them - I am too simple to come up with anything even in the "mediocre" range so hats off to anyone who can actually think up ideas such as these and make them real.

"It even has the space for a powerful PC..." Nope. If you have seen modern towers, you'd realize that they won't fit under there. That being said, I like the idea on the face of it.

It's helarious how people think these overpriced things are good. Get a bigger house and buy normal furniture. 😂 I will never accept this tiny home movement.
