Great tutorials. I'd like to see more Mautic cron job tutorials with you going in more depth. I tried to set up a broadcast to go out 5 minutes after setting it up and it keeps sending immediately. Not sure why when my cron jobs were set the same exact as yours.

Yes, they’re called segments in Mautic. You can even have it identify their country automatically if you don’t ask them at opt in. You have to setup their max mind integration.

Hard to say. If you're able to install Mautic and connect it to SES, the benefits are pretty immense. That requires a certain technical level of patience (I won't even say skill, because we're basically cutting and pasting commands). Mailerlite is managed for you, so you don't have to worry. If you have 100K contacts, mailerlite is going to be several thousand dollars per year, so something to keep in mind.

The CRON job is working well and publishes the email but it never gets send out... I have no manually click on the button "Send" which defies the whole purpose of the CRON. Anyone else having this problem?
I am trying to create an action in case a user DOES NOT open a email in my Mautic campaign. I find that even if I DO NOT open the email sent, Mautic shows it as "READ" and then my action does not trigger. I am receiving my emails in a gmail client. Can anyone suggest how to rectify this?
This is because tracking opens is broken. Security and privacy software (iOS/Mail.app has it by default) will now Apple will automatically load images, including the tracking pixel. It will look like people are opening emails when in fact, they aren't.
