What a pleasure to Learn from you Jamie, Thank you. Might you have a video that might show me how (having used importrange successfully for some 200 rows) the source sheet had come additional formatting too which would be super to reflect in my new LINKED document. A1:W200 - Plus if I wished to make the NEW linked rage READ ONLY - so as to force users to only do updates in the source document - that would be magic!

What if I want to dynamically add rows to a spreadsheet?
In my use case I want people to fill up a google form, send that data to a spreadsheet then send it to a different spreadsheet. So each time the form is filled a new row should be added to both the spreadsheets.

Thank you. This is great. I do have a question. Is there a way to display the highest value in one row on one spreadsheet into another spreadsheet? Example, I am adding daily values on one spreadsheet. The second spreadsheet is a summary which shows the latest value which is usually the highest value. I only want one value to be displayed and not a sum of the entire row.

Thank you for this! How do you link cells to categories in a dropdown menu? For example I have a bookkeeping sheet that I select a category for each purchase on one page and then on the next sheet it reflects that total change for that category. Example: I write in the date, the amount, the description, and then select the category that fits that purchase. On the next sheet in the document it reflects the expenses total in that category. I know this is very long but I would really appreciate help!

If I click Cell A3 in the School Sales sheet, it will direct me/open the sheet Fish Creek.
If I click Cell A4 in the School Sales sheet, it will direct me/open the sheet - Hawkwood.

Meaning if i'm referencing one cell from Sheet 1 A2 to Sheet 2 A5. If i make a change to Sheet 1 A2 and change the color i want that to reflect on Sheet 2 A5. I'm able to use ='Sheet 1' !A2.
