Hello. Great video. How does this law, or any other Florida law, apply to audio recording via the use of a dash cam in a personal vehicle?

If I receive a phone call and I am told the call is or may be recorded, by staying on the line that is taken as my consent to the recording, I understand that, but if they KNOW it is or may be recorded and they talk to me, can I take that as their consent to be recorded and therefore also record the call on my end. Aggressive and threatening debt collectors for instance.

If I’ve called into a bank or utility company and the automated telephone system has informed me that my call may be recorded, do I need to get consent from the person I finally get on the phone?
Wouldn’t the blanket consent I am giving by proceeding to talk with the person who answers my call after getting the automated “this call may be recorded” message work both ways? They already should understand that they may be recorded by their employer..?
