There is no shortage of Paris videos on TH-cam, but nonetheless I always look foward to seeing videos of these places paired with the high production values of "Firescue112". Very nicely made video as expected 😋
And you really have to give the French credit for their very unique emergency vehicles, it really is a style you won't find anywhere else, even if it may be hard to truly "like" that style haha.

Very quirky emergency vehicles, i am not a fan. Still very interesting! 1:43, Why does the fire engine have a walk-in compartment at the rear?

Almost looks like they could transport a patient.
I know walk-in cabins for fire vehicles are commonly used in apparatus for divers so they can change and for command vehicles

@@henanigans205 I don't think it's for patient transport as you would struggle to get a gurney in. I don't think it's for command/dive operations as there are multiple of these units shown in the video, suggesting that they are common engines.

I've done some research and found a French TH-camrs video that calls it a dual purpose rescue vehicle, it can indeed transport a patient in the compartment.

Yes its at thé same Time a pump truck and an ambulance ( for minor health emergencies) , those type of trucks are not built anymore since 2010.

Heieiei, tolle Aufnahmen, aber die Franzosen sind einfach n komisches Volk. Um jeden Preis immer n Balken am Heck, Löschfahrzeuge die auch n RTW sind und Rettungswagen die als Frontscheibenblitz irg n Billo LED-Display haben 😂 Aber genau wie in DE is die Berufsfeuerwehr so sparsam mit dem Horn als ob es minütlich abgerechnet wird. Und scheinbar fahren die ja absolut auf Drehspiegelimmitation ab, auch wenns wie man sieht am Tag extrem schlecht wirkt

Also diesen Sinn mit diesen billig LEDs auf den Fahrzeugen versteh ich nicht aber die werden ja auch nicht umsonst froschfresser genannt 🤣

That's a good question... France used to have very strict reglements on light usage - but maybe it turned completely and they are now even open for red lights 😅

Hat das ein Grund warum die Grundsätzlich in Frankreich wenig mit Horn fahren ?

Das würde ich nicht sagen, dass das Grundsätzlich so ist. Aber in extrem dicht bebauten Städten ist es ohnehin schon sehr laut & da wird das Horn eher nur dann benutzt, wenn es auch nötig ist. Ist aber z.B. in Berlin & Wien nicht unbedingt anders. Und einige Fahrzeuge fahren ja auch in Paris mit "Dauerhorn" :)
