Some of them turned minor key sound like music for old cartoons that look cute on the surface, but the closer attention you pay the more disturbing it actually is. Which is cool!

Agreed. I thought most of them worked fairly well, but the middle section of Sleigh Ride completely falls apart in minor key. And Holly Jolly felt a little weird to me too, which is why it’s last haha. Glad you liked it Rick, thanks for watching!
Fun stuff, Corey! Several songs (notably "Frosty" and "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town") get a really "Russian" sound - almost need a troupe dancing the Barynya! Feliz Navidad, on the other hand, actually sounds better than the original, IMO - it loses the cheesy aspect of the standard major-key version, while still sounding happy - as if it were more sincere! For next year, perhaps, try taking Christmas songs that are in minor keys ("We Three Kings" and "Oh, Come! Oh, Come, Emmanual" pop to mind) and play them in Augmented! :-)
Totally agree, as soon as you combine minor key with a more "uptempo" sound things get really Russian really quick 😂 And great idea on doing something with the carols that are already in minor key for next year! I think I'll try them in major 'cause doing augmented might be a little too painful lol!
