I really don't trust these writers unfortunately they tease and screw up everything like dragging it out and their idiotic roadblocks. We need them together their story was beautiful. Jesse has hinted at returning for a few episodes next season so maybe Casey will move back to Chicago in season 12. Jesse has said that as long as it works with the storyline he is still open to coming back for an episode. Only time will tell what the writers choose to do with these characters and the storyline between them. Hoping for the best in season 12 for the entire 51 crew and their families.
Happy to say that the actors strike has come to an end as an agreement has been reached. The writers for the One Chicago franchise are already back to work writing the scripts for the new season so hopefully It won't be much longer before production gets underway again. More than likely we won't see the first episodes of the next season until early 2024 but it's better than the series not getting renewed and leaving us hanging with storylines that were left open ended after the finale. Can't wait for season 12. ❤️ the One Chicago franchise and love these two!
If Casey isn’t coming back to the show and them being together means she moves back to Oregon with him and leaves the show herself, I’m willing to make that sacrifice for their happiness 😂
