蓼科高原は、長野県茅野市にある高原です。北に蓼科山、東に八ヶ岳を望むリゾート地です。八ヶ岳中信高原国定公園に属します。多くの池や湖、滝などの観光スポットがあり、季節ごとに異なる趣の観光ができる場所です。。散策にアクティビティ、イベント、食、温泉に歴史、芸術と様々なジャンルの観光スポットが蓼科高原にはあります。夏は避暑地として、冬はスキーやスノーボードを楽しむスポットとしても人気の場所です。
