We are proud to launch our Majid Al Futtaim UAE Nationals Leadership Development Program (ULP) with the aim of elevating Emirati Leadership Excellence across the business.
ULP is a uniquely curated leadership development program featuring bespoke modules from renowned Business Schools including Stanford, Wharton, Duke, IMD, Yale, and Columbia.
A group of UAE National Leaders across 4 career levels are being exposed to key leadership competencies, such as leading with purpose, intelligent risk taking, managing stakeholders, and communicating with influence. This 12-month leadership development program will further enable Emirati Leadership Excellence at MAF.
