Don't know why some people keep commenting about their language as if the way the host speak is very hard to understand when actually they are just fine. Should focus more on their content and less about how they speak.

About odd n even number of people, the likelihood that an odd number of people's chance to have an encounter is higher bcuz it has something to do with an occupied mind. When your mind is occupied/engaged, you tend to ignore the environment. Our mind tend to wonder(empty) when 2 of your friends talking to each other(without you). Although you are part of the group but your mind doesn't have to. There will be a moment that one person not actively interacting. That's when things might appear. Most of the chalet that I went to are filled with the unseen ... Here's a short story... When I was in my primary sch days .... I went to a chalet at pasir ris ... When I was sitting at the dinning table facing the kitchen window/ back door eating cup noodles in around 2am I guess.. I still RMB hahaha ... I saw the corner of the window a very weird looking ah ma face that is something like 半透明。。。 Staring at me ... I was kinda shock when I saw it ... And we both stare each other a few sec before the ah ma slowly hide back and disappear.... Another story was at sec school chalet same place pasir ris ... And I was with my classmates.. I was sitting down at the staircase facing towards the 2nd floor room .. and out of a sudden I saw this white flattened face with abit of 黑青 on it, it's eyes will hollow... and the thing peek out of the door sideways and back in .....

The old Man can see the thing and know the place history and he also have special power or skill that the thing can't touch him that's why he have the courage to advice the visitor. If the visitor unlucky and possesses by the thing the old man will appear from nowhere to help. Actually he did not go far away from the place and can see what happened to the visitor. Jaz still sounds like a secondary school level oral exam narration and script memorization kind of standard. Feel forced and unnatural compared to other local chinese podcasters.
