That was actually Normani doing those backflips, handstands, and splits! She was in gymnastics growing up! She actually used to train with Simone Biles when she was younger! Normani was in beauty pageants as well. She was also trained in ballet and hip hop dance. She was on Dancing With The Stars and is really good at ballroom dance too.
Her Billboard Awards performance with Khalid was chef kiss. I still go back and watch that performance from time to time. It's that good. I hope you react to that. 😃
