Ahh don't know how to start. I have been listening to this video several times a day for a month now and it has changed my life. In September I was so ungrounded. I was in my head and obsessing over my negative thoughts. I came to this video to help my root chakra but I ended up also helping my heart chakra. I would sit down and listen to this and I would feel a sense of calm, stability and power (plus the music inspired me), some days I would even feel a great sense of love for everything around me (I would literally start jumping around for joy and look at every human's face and marvel at their beauty!). One day I was sitting down and listening to this and I suddenly felt the courage to tell my mother about my secret depression. Keep in mind that I had been going through emotional "drama" for three years in secret and that I was (last month) now at my lowest point. I felt all this courage, all this strength, powered by this reiki and that night I told her. Although at first my mother didn't take it too well (we were on rough grounds for a week) she agreed to support me during this time. I felt this HUGE burden lifted off my shoulders. After that, I emotionally improved. Whenever my negative thoughts got the best of me, I would listen to this channel's reiki especially this one here. Now, I'm proud to say that I am no longer depressed, I am emotionally stable, my thoughts are becoming positive and I am hopeful for the future! I would just like to thank this channel for all of their wonderful and beautiful work. I see you have been gone for a year and I hope you return! To anybody going through something rough at this moment, I want you to keep you head high and have faith that everything is going to get better! :-)
