Brilliant video, one of the best, very similar to the methods that I use. ✌️👍👍😊 H&S, like certain Paasche models, are so much easier to maintain than Iwata, Mr Hobby et al.✌️✌️👍 Loved the music, it was like walking into Huggy Bear's bar in the 1970s, very cool✌️👍😊
Thanks, I also plan to get one of those Paasche models with a self-centering nozzles. I personally avoid any models with threaded nozzles because I tend to break them during maintenance 😅
@@GeNGiMPlanet You're most welcome💜✌️ I find the Iwata type nozzles fiddly and they're easily lost too. You'll find H&S and Paasche easier to live with. I wish H&S would improve the feel and paint take up on their triggers - then they'd be perfect. Paasche, if you get a good one from new (some of their finishing techniques and quality control can be iffy), then they're robust, easy to maintain, work well for general purpose painting, cost effective and will, like H&S, last a lifetime by all accounts 🤞✌️😊
I’ve seen a lot of these and this is the absolute best; thank you so so much. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting used to my cr infinity plus and this smooth paced video has been comforting
Hello Noah, I am glad that this helped you a lot. The Infinity CR+ is a well made and top-tier airbrush and I guess the only thing you should be careful when handling is the needle but everything else should be sturdy and can withstand punishment. Again, thanks so much and I hope this video will help you explore more in your painting projects with the CR+ ☺️
In this video, I only used a multi-purpose oil lubricant but next time I clean my airbrushes, I might also use an oil lubricant I use for my pocket/folding knives. They are a lot better than this multi-purpose oil and really keep dirt away from the joints and keep action smooth.
@@jonathanrobertson3406 I really could not say. The one I have used so far that I can recommend would be the one I use to re-lube my folding knives' pivot bearings. I am not sure how gun lube might affect the metal and finish of the CR+ so I can't readily recommend firsthand.
@@jonathanrobertson3406 Try glycerine, it seems to work well and won't affect the paint. I've used beeswax on aircap threads too - Paasche recommend petroleum gel, I've only used that (sparingly) on my Paasche H.
@@musoseven8218 Thank you very much for the excellent suggestion! Right on time too, because I had put away my air brush for a number of months but have just started a new project which will need it. Thanks again and have a great week!! - Jonathan

Absolutely amazing video! I just got my infinity airbrush and this is just what I needed! ❤
Thanks for watching too! I could remember the feeling of receiving mine the first time too - it was so exciting 😁

What kind of oil are you using to lubricate ?

@@GeNGiMPlanet Do you think CLP would work? (Cleaner, Lubracant, Protectant) - most often used to making guns.
