I'm assuming he means that after the weigh-in Benavidez will just balloon up and be 25 pounds heavier than him. Benavidez is 6 feet 2 in. to Canelo's 5 feet 8 in.; Benavidez has a 74.5 in. reach; Canelo 70.5 in. reach. And he continues, saying If some promoter offers him 150 to 200 million, I fight tomorrow. That's not hard to understand, if Benavidez is 6 inches taller, has a 4-inch reach advantage, and has a natural weight much greater than Canelo, why would the smaller man go up against the bigger man unless he's rightfully compensated for all the risks he's taking? Perhaps when Canelo was younger, he would have agreed to fight for less money, but he's 33 now and Benavidez is 6 years younger.
