I've got 3 of these bikes one for riding, one for parts with no title, and one that was going to be for riding but the engine died... in gonna have to do this thanks for the info!!! It sounds... Michael, this was really great to see! I have a pristine 87 Fazer that I've owned since new and another project Fazer that I'm restoring. Saw your ad on CraigsList. I'd love to buy this bike from you, but I have a whole garage full of bikes already, and can't rationalize buying any more till I get a couple done. Anyway, congrats on putting together this project, it's impressive.

Dude that is an awesome FZX! I notice that the fork have 2-piston calipers and the actual fork looks lower than usual. Did you changed the fork? If yes, would you mind letting us know which bike was the donor?
I dont believe it did. Sorry, going back a few years of memory. As far as the wiring, you can Google it and there was a Yahoo group that had the cdi wiring. Never posted it because no one ever asked for it Hah!
Ive just acquired an 86 fazer from a good friend of mine. Im about to strip it all down and get into er' gunna be fun 👍

Why do people want the FZR 1000 engine in the Fazer? I bought a Fazer last week with the 1000cc engine installed.
