I'm facing an issue with the HEC portal while trying to set a walk-in appointment for degree attestation. I've authorized my father's CNIC, just like my sister did, but the portal is showing an error, stating that the same CNIC cannot be used twice. Has anyone else encountered this problem? How can I resolve this issue? Please help!

kindly tell one thing, do i need to do payment before selecting an appointment date and time slot or before? in the email ,i received after scrutiny, they are saying payment have to after scheduling. also in "tasks assigned to me" section, only task is showing to schedule an appointment.
