This is probably one of the most fun, most intimate and most interactive interview I have seen in a very long time. I love how Kevan handled the interview that despite Lay being nervous, he was still able to bring out Lay's natural dorkiness which showed how he's both adorably cute and funny at the same time. Lay's reactions are golden and all his responses to questions were full of wisdom. I love Zhang Yixing. I love Lay Zhang. Hats off to Kevan Kenney for this great interview. Please do this again!

Proud is an understatement. His grammar is nowhere near perfect but he is not ashamed to try and talk for straight 20 mins alone! Thats how he learns. That how everybody should learn! Im so so proud of him. He is the most hardworking artist ive ever know and he should be proud of himself. And we all should appreciate him more cause he deserves the world ♥️
I went to EXO concert 2 years ago. At that time Lay was trying to speak english to communicate with Thai fans. But at that time he was not speak English proficiently compare to his ability at this show. He improves a lot and I'm so proud. For me, I'm not good at English as well. I know that it's difficult to study other languages that is not your first languange.
You can see he was nervous having to do an interview in English by himself but he was doing so well! Answering questions and interacting with fans. His reactions are also so precious. The way he stunt when he got proposed lololol. Thank you Yasmin, you did a great job. Thank you Kevan and all staffs too! This interview was filled with good questions. You guys did great welcoming him. He is nervous, yes, but also apparently happy and proud too. Thank you for making his first interview in NYC an enjoyable one.

Yixing is so humble and down to earth, he never takes any of his success for granted and you can tell how much he genuinely appreciates everything we do for him. I cant wait for him to continue to grow here in the US so he can spread mpop/cpop and his culture here, we need someone like him to shake the music industry up. I am so incredibly proud of how far he has come, not only is his group exo huge but as a solo act hes breaking records and barriers. Hopefully more chinese artists can follow in his footsteps and increase the asian representation here. Yixing can do anything he puts his mind to and I know he's going to make it big here like he deserves!

Yes!! I am so proud of Lay Zhang Yixing, my #1 favorite idol. He is Chinese and is now on America tv interview. He is making history, he is making Cpop, Mpop and Asian pop music history. And maybe a bit of Kpop, cuz he is a member of EXO, a Kpop group. I love his English, so accurate. He sounds so humble. Lately, Asian Pop music, movies, and media is making history. I love it.

Such a good interview! That was so much fun to watch. I've seen so many shows over the years where the interviewer knows nothing about the artist. And this was the total opposite. I enjoyed the entire 20 minutes.
