I got a cup ONLY. I had to use my fingers to get some of it in. I made sure to fit as much as possible so i compressed it HARD. Hopefully i did it the right way.

I was given this option over the colonoscopy. I have done plenty of urine samples over the years, but never this. I’ve never even really thought about this before, all I can say is “am scared”. I think I will take that colonoscopy now… by the way, all I got was a flat envelope. No vial container… the kit in this video looks complete compared to what I have. And no, I have not opened up my small envelope … update, I just read about the procedures on the colonoscopy, I am ready to give this stool kit a try now.
I ended up buying 23 sample bottles because I thought one little bottle was never going to work.. after what seemed to be a production line effort. The nurse said I only need one bottle with just a small sample.. may be they could have said that in the first place.. now what do I do with the other 22 bottles???

I believe you can store it in the fridge inside a Ziploc bag or any airtight bag ( not freezer )
