Hey guys, it's Falco here in November 2024. Wow. Almost 2 years ago this video was posted and almost 200K views. The immense growth of this video does not compare to the growth of my channel since this video was uploaded. I had only around 200 subs when I made this video and now I’m at 1,225. We’ve went a long way guys. Thank you.
Honestly I really relate to Benson. I feel like for him this was his breaking point. After dealing with Mordecai and Rigby for so long he finally snapped and let it all out. I wish I could do that. Finally let it out.
Dude i never felt bad for him as a kid because Mordecai and Rigby had “PERFECTLY VALID REASONS” to 10-year old me. Not an adult yet but still think about how naive we are until we experience things that break us. Especially uselessness for me. Fksake I never thought I’d empathise with a cartoon character like this but here we are.
Seeing Benson when you were younger was like Squidward, you never understood why he was so mean to spongebob, but grew up to realize why. It's the same with Benson, he just gets tired of mordecai and rigby not giving a care about their jobs, and either his.
This scene made me know that mordecai and Rigby are selfish and Benson is the real victim in the show he gave them a lot of chances and they didn't care, I feel so sad for him
@@yellowdawg3179that and the fact that they’re always willing to make right by their mistakes. Sure they may not learn but in the end it’s that they’re always willing to sacrifice themselves to make it right.
@@somerandofilipino6957If you cry theres a decrnt likelyhood that someone will judge for it. Not to mention that crying in front of your child will only worry them at best and make whatever situation your in worse at worst.
Damn. I’m speechless. This makes me think about Benson in a whole different way just by playing Duster in the background. That’s why I love Duster so much
I feel like Squidward and Benson are both characters that get more and more relatable as you get older. When you're a kid they just seem like uptight jackasses but then you get a job and your life is a lot like theirs
This was the episode that made teenage me start to strongly dislike Mordecai and Rigby, then Rigby grew up a bit and became a decent guy. Mordecai however became the typical " hipster ", dodged responsibility, played with the hearts of women and then wondered " Why did I end up worse off than my totally immature and definitely not much more grown-up and well developed friend that learned from his mistakes? " The show subverted your expectations. In the end you expected Rigby to still be some kind of party animal. Instead he settles down with Eileen and works. He becomes a working man. Still a funny man, but a working man that takes work seriously. Still has fun, but all the lessons he learned from Skips, Benson and Pops led to Rigby being a likeable character in the end. Mordecai just learns how to dodge taking accountability for any of his actions, or how to feel sorry for himself. About all he learned throughout the entire show.

It's pretty realistic. I've seen people that aren't too emotionally expressive break down and a few moments later compose like nothing had happened. I'd say this applies to Benson aswell since we don't typically see him act like this.
@@vohloo9797 yeah but isnt the point that he bottles it up and then it all comes out? so i would think the opposite, people who ARE emotionally expressive might compose themselves cuz they have small but frequent bursts of emotion while someone who is more suppressed might explode after bottling it up. and in this its benson, who normally doesnt show this, snaps.
@@Suddsy11037 Yeah thinking about it more the situation is different but the result seems the same. I mostly meant the people that don't show or express much sadness, not becasue their bottling up but simply because their personality is like that. Other emotions yeah no problem, but sadness is like a plug that gets connected and disconnected just as quick.

since my mom is gonna be gone for 9 months this represents me
