Great collection, suoerb commentary, it took me years collect all dvds & 20 years collect the BF, Target audios & various novels. What's your thoughts of Power of the Daleks getting another release, new colour animation?
I have seen on twitter that the main reason as to why it's getting a re-release is because the team wasn't happy with the original project because of budgetary limitations. The new release features upgraded animation and more special features that wasn't/couldn't be included in the original because of the team' s budgetary limitations. I was dubious at it first because it really seemed like a cash grab from the BBC's part, but after hearing the specs and reasoning as to why it's getting a re-release I'm excited. There's a special feature in the package reportedly called; "I don't want my monsters to have oedipus complexes" which is going to be bizarre knowing what that is.
