Nope. Something similar happened to me and the insurance company cares way more about their contract with the body shop than they care about a black customer's well being. The insurance company will go along with whatever the contract vendor says to protect their money.

I've dropped the struggle for respect. That may never happen. What I do expect is to be left alone. No micro-aggressions, overt prejudice/racism, requests for identification or following me around the store. I am not letting any of those behaviors slide. If that means I alienate a coworker, stop giving certain businesses my dollars, have to file a lawsuit or gotta get my chair then so be it. Frank Lucas said "respect is good, very good, but fear is what gets you paid". When he said it many years ago I thought about it and he's right. We have drastic fear of foreclosure, fear of not paying a ticket, fear of not paying taxes, insurance and car notes etc. We pay the white man not because we "respect" him but because we fear him. If we want to be feared by them to the point where they'll humanely treat us, then it must be done economically, ie, organized national boycotts of white businesses and major holidays. We (Blacks) annually pump over 3.5 trillion dollars into this economy, and per capita we outspend all other ethnic groups combined. That means if we were organized in a manner where we could boycott just one of their major holidays ie, Christmas or Easter, and one of their major businesses ie, Wal-Mart or Adidas, it would throw the entire economy out of whack. If we want to be treated as human beings by these demons then we must hit them in their pockets. That'll bring them to the table and make them talk sensibly...and on OUR terms. SMIB

I work in Greensboro NC and live in SW Va. This racism is coming from Hispanic and OTHER recent migrant communities just as much as it is from Whites, yet the Democrat party is all in when it comes to bringing more of these people with unresolved racial prejudices. In fact, these groups are typically much WORSE than White people. We are one incident away from a racial brushfire with the other groups. Truth be told, even though I live in a "small town" with a 97% White population, I've never had to deal with any blatant racism from the White people in Fancy Gap Va., and this is STONE Trump country. The women manager was corrected and then agreed with the mechanic. She isn't a mechanic and most likely doesn't know about cars, as the mechanic does. MORE INTERESTING THEY SAID THE CUSTOMER WAS RUDE, SMELLED LIKE WEED, AND WAS HIGH. The customer also recorded these people without consent. Looks like the customer broke more laws then the manager.

This happened to me in 1993 except I was also an employee of a auto shop I was under a car and one of the other employees talking about a customer is that n word come get his car yet I came out from under the car he was so scared of me. Instead of beating my coworker I became the best technician there ended up running the shop I was working for. The racist techs were laid off before I took over.
My question is, why is anyone surprised at these uncivilized humans? I mean really!🤔

No they didn’t properly place her car on the ramp which damaged her sensors on her bmw and then they didn’t want to make hood by her they rather blame the customer for their faulty mechanic and handling of her vehicle. This is so horrid & sickening that in 2023 adults/children believe its okay to publicly shame anyone - especially when I woman is securing services for safety. Any person should be held accountable for the disrespect-shaming.. I was raised, raised my daughter & my grandchildren all know mutual respect. My family is biracial & no one should ever be dimished for the color of their skin or neurodiversity. Because I am a woman & neurodiverse - I am a challenger to anyone that makes anyone feel less valued. Then research their countries belief systems. We are fighting historic American soil ideals passed on through schooled ignorance & we are battling a new powerful money regime now running our country. Close to watching whole video but I had to stop pertaining to doctors wearing body cams comment. As a combat veteran who has been injured and was promised to get help from the military and v.a. it has been nothing but a nightmare. i personally had to record the "medical professionals" in my situations to hold them accountable and possibly file a complaint. Even my case manager and the patient advocate turned they're back on me with them in the room while i was recording with other witnesses. Not getting the care that i asked for and the v.a. doctors put me on a blacklist. They refused to see me and are still threatening me with fees for service connected concerns. This is 2023 and this mess still goes on. Don't know if it will work out one day but i'll keep fighting so the next person doesn't have to go through this

You know it's funny how she said you smell like weed is it possible that she had been smoking all day and she was smelling herself cuz why all of a sudden she could smell weed she go around sniffing at the airport on four legs I'm just saying I go to a black mechanic and he is so great he's honest is reasonable I went to this shop one day in this white guy told me I needed a new radiator I'm the find out I didn't Eva when it comes to my home I have a black Air Condition man that comes in and service it when he has his own business and doing quite well I call the air condition man in about 4 years ago and he told me I needed a new air condition system find out all I needed was two AAA batteries on my thermostat and my people wouldn't charge me of course I offered him something for coming out he would not take it he said listen I am blessed by the best there are so many black business out there

The ownership must put in place a zero tolerance policy with termination for such behavior.
The owner reserves the right to fire or hire whomever he pleases. It's obvious that, if the person is still employed, the owner doesn't give a rats behind about what she did. To sue: they will came free speech. The most here is everyone tagging the business and messing up their revenues.
