      beto i would say if you are sleeping for 4 hours at night i would prefer you should sleep for like 2 or 3 hours around 6pm atleast for now .Later on you have to be strict with yourself for sleeping 6 to 8 hours

    4:50 i suggest you have 8-9 hours of sleep and do not do touch any digital device that might attract you before or after that sleep for at least an hour, move every important thing far from your sleep schedule in order for your brain to sleep calmly. Might take 3-5 days to adjust bit worth it. For beto and for others, these are the tips i very much recommend.

    I suggest Beto that you have a timer for everything you have to do for the day. I have a timer for when to wake up, walk outside, cook, eat, study, exercise, take a bath, when to stop using my phone, when to prepare and sleep. It has been a great help so far!
    Also you have to be more strict to yourself, if you want to change you need to have self-discipline and stop doing things that are bad for you. That's what I did, it's very hard but you'll get used to it eventually (it's for the better). Good luck Beto!

If that player knows Miya’s winning point over counterparts, her true shining time and the main responsibility of Miya to spilt push, that would not be a problem though. But Most Miyas I’ve seen in game are those newbies thinking they are invincible when they use Ultimate and die after that Ultimate’s immunity to CC and a short phase of invisibility.

    I had trouble sleeping for 8 years, and it exhausted me until I decided to improve it.
    I read the book Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, and my life changed significantly after I applied the tips mentioned in the book.
    If you don’t like reading, you can listen to people explaining books on TH-cam, but make sure it’s an explanation of the book, not just a summary, as summaries are often not very helpful.
    I can give you some tips you can apply until you read the book, and your life will change:
    1. Do not consume any type of caffeine (coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, etc.) for 10 to 12 hours before bedtime.
    2. Try to reduce exposure to blue light from screens and phones 6 hours before bedtime, and avoid looking at blue light at least an hour before sleep.
    3. Set a specific bedtime for yourself every day, such as 10 p.m., and make sure you’re in bed sleeping at that time.
    4. Set a specific wake-up time (after 8 hours of sleep).
    I hope these tips help improve your sleep and that you get a good night’s rest so you can continue providing us with enjoyable content as always.

    Also idk how much it can help you, but i usually try to go to sleep at the same time every day and it builds into a routine. Also try drinking something warm before going to bed and also try not to think too much. Sleep in a dark room. Hope it helps and please stay healthy Beto 🥹

    Don't sleep after 12midnight.. your brain is not supposed to be active after that. Always include 1-2 rest days to maximize your sleep and you can even play MLBB intermittently if you feel like it. Otherwise sleep 6-8hours but not after 12midnight.
    Lack of sleep messes your thinking and ability to function during the day. Especially rational thinking and decision making. Get some rest. I love your videos!!❤❤

    Try eating in a consistent schedule. It will help you sleep better. And also invest in a blue light filter glass too, it helps me out a a lot as a frequent gamer.

    Wake up early and go through the day without taking a nap. Sleep at like 10 PM, nothing past that. You'll be sleepy as hell so it should be no problem.
    Next day, you'll have your schedule mostly fixed! That's how I did with mine, lol

    my tips on sleeping early! as a person who has trouble sleeping sharing with 6 people in one room!
    1. don't eat food/meals 2 hours before bed, usually i wake up with a pretty bad stomach ache bc of it and it delays my sleep more.
    2. dont drink liquids like minutes before bed cause you'll wake up or you cant sleep cause your anticipating on peeing. also DONT take caffeine at night since it usually takes hours to wear caffeine off.
    3. wind down, means no gadgets 1 hour before bed, absolutely don't look at the time if you do that.
    4. keep all lights off.
    5. do some routine that'll make you comfortable before going to bed, like taking a shower or doing skincare. (ofc no gadgets on this) do scents like lavender or something, have fluffy pillows or warm blankets depends on what environment you're comfy with.
    6. if you're worried about something do meditation or breathing exercises, preferably do things you need to do hours before bed cause you might worry over it xd
    7. if you still have hard time sleeping, you might want to buy like melatonin (i buy the gummy ones) and take it when necessary, also stick to a bedtime time. don't use melatonin all the time though.
    8. if all else fails, go do a checkup. :33 nothing wrong with checking your health!

    tip to fix your sleep schedule:
    make it so you go out and feel the sun for around 5 minutes minimum per day. The reason for this staring at screens all day ruin your internal clock in your body messing up when your supposed to sleep, feeling the sun for abit readjusts that clock properly again

    Betosky, nothing will fix your sleeping schedule unless you have a solid routine of waking up and going to sleep. But one thing I recommend is when you wake up, indirectly expose your pupils to the sun. It triggers melatonin, and you should be able to sleep soundly at the end of the day.

    idk what u do during the day beto but u can eat good amount of walnuts and grapes to get good melatonin (helps in sleep) also again its good to have a good rest once in a while after ur day work.

    Ill suggest that you try to do a very complex process to improve your sleep most people dont know about. So you start by taking your phone before you start a match, closing ML, turning off your phone by pressing the power button, keeping it down and finally closing the lights, laying in your bed and closing your eyes

    Light medicine can help you like melatonin, also before sleep, try not using phone for 30 or more minutes and do something repetitive or just chill, then try to sleep. That helped me

    Hey beto. You could use habit stacking to induce sleep and fic your sleep cycle. The technique is described in "Atomic Habits" book.
    You can create habits such as drink milk, read a page of book and then sleep. Doing this might help you to induce sleep on time and fix your sleep cycle. 🙂‍↕️

    About the sleeping schedule, Ive learned that you don't have to get all eight hours of sleep all at once. I usually sleep for five and squeeze in some hours on the bus or when im not doing something.
    Sometimes people forget napping exists.

    the best way to fix ur sleeping schedule is gradually starting to sleep earlier, like half an hour.
    that works for me when summer starts and i dont have to sleep late.

    Sleep early, no screen time 2 hours before sleep, no caffeine 10 hours before sleep, wake up early too, workout on morning as it helps sleeping at night. Here you go Beto, follow these steps and you will see improvement.

    Really easy way to fix a sleep schedule is to force yourself wake up incredibly early. Repeat that for a few days and you won’t have the energy to stay up late anymore

    Welp, someone messed up on the build edit here so I'll just give you all one that should work regardless of comp. Items below are set in order:
    - Arcane Boots and Genius Wand for the usual pen stack spikes against early low def
    - Piercer, even in losing games, works on Aamon because of his multihits easily registering the passive without stacks (base amount)
    - Wishing Lantern rivals Glaive in damage contribution for the current/full build though different in categories of damage items; it synergizes well with the dmg increase mechanic of his ult and the trigger condition of Piercer
    - both Piercer and Blood Wings provide flat mov spd boost multiplied by the mov spd % boost from his invis
    - Glowing Wand adds more value to Aamon's kit though not as powerful as Glaive or Holy (and he already hurts at this point); you get more mov spd % boost, some HP, and your own antiheal if you happen to have to fight alone, fight while allies with antiheal are preoccupied, or your allies don't buy antiheal at all
    Take Assassin Emblem with Agility for micro in every phase especially early, Seasoned Hunter for maximum jungle speed, and Lethal Ignition to ensure some early kills with fewer hits.
    I provide no rank, no experience, no profile, and no feats from my hand. There's only reason put in the build and my word that Strongwill has carefully made and pressure-tested this build.

    I correct my sleep by not sleeping.dont sleep until your desired sleeping time comes. Its worth being sleepy. And will correct how you sleep. Works for me

    I wonder if the high contrast on the red magic makes camouflage actually difficult to see....try lowering the graphics (I am assuming you also have shadows activated)
