I suggest Beto that you have a timer for everything you have to do for the day. I have a timer for when to wake up, walk outside, cook, eat, study, exercise, take a bath, when to stop using my phone, when to prepare and sleep. It has been a great help so far! Also you have to be more strict to yourself, if you want to change you need to have self-discipline and stop doing things that are bad for you. That's what I did, it's very hard but you'll get used to it eventually (it's for the better). Good luck Beto!

Don't sleep after 12midnight.. your brain is not supposed to be active after that. Always include 1-2 rest days to maximize your sleep and you can even play MLBB intermittently if you feel like it. Otherwise sleep 6-8hours but not after 12midnight. Lack of sleep messes your thinking and ability to function during the day. Especially rational thinking and decision making. Get some rest. (ofc no gadgets on this) do scents like lavender or something, have fluffy pillows or warm blankets depends on what environment you're comfy with. 6. if you're worried about something do meditation or breathing exercises, preferably do things you need to do hours before bed cause you might worry over it xd 7. if you still have hard time sleeping, you might want to buy like melatonin (i buy the gummy ones) and take it when necessary, also stick to a bedtime time. don't use melatonin all the time though. 8. if all else fails, go do a checkup. :33 nothing wrong with checking your health!

Sleep early, no screen time 2 hours before sleep, no caffeine 10 hours before sleep, wake up early too, workout on morning as it helps sleeping at night. Here you go Beto, follow these steps and you will see improvement.
Really easy way to fix a sleep schedule is to force yourself wake up incredibly early. Repeat that for a few days and you won’t have the energy to stay up late anymore

Welp, someone messed up on the build edit here so I'll just give you all one that should work regardless of comp. Items below are set in order:
- Arcane Boots and Genius Wand for the usual pen stack spikes against early low def
- Piercer, even in losing games, works on Aamon because of his multihits easily registering the passive without stacks (base amount)
- Wishing Lantern rivals Glaive in damage contribution for the current/full build though different in categories of damage items; it synergizes well with the dmg increase mechanic of his ult and the trigger condition of Piercer
- both Piercer and Blood Wings provide flat mov spd boost multiplied by the mov spd % boost from his invis
- Glowing Wand adds more value to Aamon's kit though not as powerful as Glaive or Holy (and he already hurts at this point); you get more mov spd % boost, some HP, and your own antiheal if you happen to have to fight alone, fight while allies with antiheal are preoccupied, or your allies don't buy antiheal at all
Take Assassin Emblem with Agility for micro in every phase especially early, Seasoned Hunter for maximum jungle speed, and Lethal Ignition to ensure some early kills with fewer hits.
