I feel so nostalgic watching this as a former MK cast member. I used to work at the Main Street Confectionery during my college program and something that I always found insteresting in terms of engineering is that the utillidoors tunnel has a big ramp that goes down underneath the castle, because of the castle moat. I'm amazed by the amount of details you're able to achieve with the current base game piece options!
I know a lot of the ragtime music can sound a bit similar to someone with an untuned ear, and I have felt like some of the songs might've been in Chris Sawyer's Locomotion, but the minute I heard "The Easy Winners" I knew that was from Locomotion! Brought back a lot of memories of playing that game when I was young. Maybe Chris was also a big fan of ragtime (or at least his sound designer for that game). Another great video! I've found it nice to listen while I'm working on more trivial projects, then I can take peaks to see how the build is going!
Thanks! Well, he is an absolute legend! The soundtrack to RCT 1&2 was so iconic and gives me chills when I hear even a second of it. I agree that he is certainly influenced by ragtime as well.
One little detail to take note of is that the clock at Magic Kingdom and most other Main Street era clocks is that the 4 is IIII rather than IV. Absolutely amazing creation, can’t wait to see more!
The music was great! I especially enjoyed the Entertainer and America the Beautiful. I’m actually surprised you chose to do the utilidoors. I look forward to what the rest of the park has in store! God Bless!
Just started watching the video so idk if someone already told you this before but I think the railings on the stairs or sloped paths always have vertical posts. The posts on your fences are aligned with the angle of the stairs and I think it might look better if you angle them completely vertical. The railings can curve and go upward or down but the posts themselves always stay vertical. I'm not sure if I've explained it properly but it was just something I noticed. The build looks awesome so far! Great work!

i think a good way to do the hand rails on the stairs would be to copy the curb it is attached to and then adjust the railing so it is even on both the bottom and top duplicated curb and then delete the top one when you are finished
I remember you once said you were working with the actual buildings blueprints? Where do you get those from? As I once commented I'm working on recreating Universal Studios Orlando and I'm already struggling with the entrance arches since I only have top view measurements from Google earth.
Ye, that's always the thing about keeping a balance regarding the piece count. I will try to save the piece count on the rest of the buildings since they are only facades.

Yes, I will rework the railings there so that you have vertical elements. I overlooked those details there. It's on the to-do-list.
