Today I witnessed physically what a "Public Nuisance" is, at Lira City especially when some women took to the street with their brests naked and tilted higher in the name of showing love for Hon Betty Amongi.
This is an obsolete character and behavior being exhibited by our colleagues in the UPC.
Worse of all, these people were drunk! I begun smelling Arege (Mogo Amoga) right from Amuca!!!
Nevertheless, I am not surprised of the characters because their principles presents the same!!
Findings revealed that food was the top Agenda for people carried from Oyam, Apac, Kitgum and Kwania!
Support NRM Acheng Ruth Ocero for peace, good health, developmental agenda and respect for self!
