Great video! Thanks for sharing this interesting project! how do you program the esp32? I dont see a usb to uart chip or pins for an external programmer. Do you program the esp module before soldering it or does this model have built in bridge and you use the usb c directly?

Does the SIM module run all the time even when the ethernet is connected? Could you make it lower idle power draw by turning it off unless ethernet is disconnected?
