Bought a Spigen Rugged Armor case for my new S23 plus as soon as I preordered. It fits well. I had put a Rugged Armor case on my S20 Fe after Samsung case fell apart. They hold up and protect phobe cery well. My go to case.
It has a bad fit tough, bulges on the right side and exposes some parts of the frame. I'd recommend people stay away from this one, I love spigen but they lazyed out on this case
I have a question I want to buy this case but will "Spigen U100 Universal Metal Kick Stand or the U101" fit on that space of the case where spigen logo is on the back ? did anyone try that or any guess ?
@MM-qv5lf personally using the spigen slim armour. Harder to find and more expensive (60cad) than the tough armour but it's a great balance between being comparatively slim and protective. Had one for an LG g6 years ago, though they've since changed the design. Think to further differentiate it from the tough armour. Used to be identical just slightly less thick. Now it's More rounded and non flush buttons.. prefe the old design personally but overall happy with it. Two piece, pc and tpu hybrid, air cushions in the corner and back plus shock absorbing foam. Kickstand is the typical flimsy one most spigen models cone with but ita a nice bonus If you prefer slimmess over protection, spigen ultra hybrid (frosted) or ringke onyx If you care most about protection the spigen tough armor or poetic neon ate good options I would normally recommend otterbox symmetrt as a good balance with slim and protection but not for the s23 just becauae it has a large gap by the cameras. Everything else I recommended has seperate cutouts for each lens.
Instead of thw reinforced corners, it would be nice if the whole case was juat thst thick. Hate these designs. Clearly favours seeming thin over protection, while looking worse and feeling sharp. Plus idk whats going with the 23 line but the lips all suck
@StickyGeko depends what's important to you Honestly struggled to find a good one for the s23. Maybe the shape of the phone meant my go to cases had to be redesigned? Never had that provlem before butnintried about 10 cases I ended up settling for what is usually one of my two go-to's anyway (the other being otterbox symmetry but only for curved phones) which was the spigen slim armor. Great balance between being durable and not being too bulky and camera had deep individual cutouts. Unfortunately for whatber reason with this model the slim armor is storefront only meaning it shorter to find and more expensive. Normally 50cad but I got mine for 40 at best buy. Thsts probably your best bet since tou can return. If you go through apigen directly you have to pay shipping (though through them you have an all black option whereas best buy only had half black half blue which ia still nice)
I love spigen cases but their colour palate is limited to a few colours.

Are the edges sharp on the charging cutout? I rest my pinky finger there while holding the phone, got cuts due to some other covers

Rugged armor is better. The tough armor is heavy and thick, and the kickstand breaks very easily.
I personally prefer tough armor
