How Did Stan Lee begin his career?
His career started as many others, he began his career in the comic book industry in the late 1930s. He started working for Timely Comics, which would eventually evolve into Marvel Comics.
His Job was not luxurious, he worked as an errand boy and slowly began to proofread comics.
After his two coworkers in his department got fired - He took over while his boss hired someone new. But that never happened, making him the lead in the comic book section

His favorite comic is Spiderman, He says the problems he has makes him the most relatable.
How did SpiderMan come to life?
SpiderMan was written as a creative itch for Stan Lee, he decided to do everything his boss told him not to do, by making him relatable. As a last effort he published it in a dying magazine, the comic was quick to raise sales.

One mistake Lee makes on writers: a lot of writers are really self-critical. Franz Kafka told his best friend to burn all his writings after he died. Quite a few writers write material where they think, “Wow that sucks,” but it turns out being successful; or “This is brilliant!” but it gets bad sales or lukewarm reception. Writers are typically such a self-critical bunch.
