I agree I can’t believe some European countries and Canada for giving 25 years (they call it life) and then they are paroled them after 10-17 years. For this exact brutal crime he would have gotten the death penalty in Florida or Texas, in other states in the US he would have gotten life without the possibility of parole even if he would be a great prisoner.
@@rationallyruby maximum determinate sentence is a life sentence with a 25-year parole ineligibility period. For offences committed prior to 2 December 2011 all life sentences and related parole ineligibility periods are served concurrently (at the same time). In cases of multiple murder, where the offence occurred after 2 December 2011 (the date new legislation came into force), a court may, after considering any jury recommendation, order consecutive parole ineligibility periods for each murder. There are also options for an indeterminate sentence. There is no death penalty in Canada, making life imprisonment the most severe punishment to be imposed in the country.[1] It looks to be an option not a rule. Only fairly recently allowed. It is encouraging to see the broadening of sentences! That is a step in the right direction.

Most prisoners are used for slave labor which is how our megacorporations like Walmart and Whole Foods stay open....this is why we have so many in jail. We need the labor. Idk why you think we are more lax than GB when we literally have more prisoners than even those with much larger populations. @Donnell Okafor Did you seriously get butthurt because a woman called him ugly? You felt the need to leap in and defend the guy who raped and killed a 13-year-old girl? Get your head on straight. Your misogyny has addled your brain.
the death penalty is much more expensive than life in prison because there are appeals built into the process. And victim's family's often get drug into the appeals.
@BioBoy1960 How do you equate women murdering and rape as their punishment? It doesn't make sense. The point being, there should be a punishment matching the crime. Some people, not all, believe in 'An eye for an eye'. Also, that there is no way you can ever unleash these offenders back into society. Do they deserve to live their life whilst depriving their victims theirs?. My other thought is that the punishment should also work as a deterrent.
When will women realize this is NOT how a man shows his love for you? A man that loves you will not hit, slap, bite, threaten, punch, or kick you (among others). It doesn’t matter if you made the bed wrong, burnt dinner, or were too loud while he was sleeping. It shouldn’t matter if the serial killer is in a quaint town or council estates! It should be treated the same! I’m surprised at that remark. Maybe I misunderstood it, I don’t know.
I cant watch i hate these woman who stay with THESE ARE THE ONES WHO CALL COPS THEN USE COPS FOR BABYSITTING OK BABE I WONT TAKE HIM BACK THE GAMES WHY COPS GET SICK OF IT
unfortunately, many times it is not the woman's fault and sometimes even beyond their own control... if they grew up around an abusive environment (ex. around abusive parents), that will be the only type of love that they know. And to make it worse, if they have had past abusive relationships, they start to believe this is the only love that they deserve. Another reason could be the amount of manipulation (there are many forms of manipulation) that the man had pressed upon her, and using it to take advantage of her. It truly is sad that this is the reality for some women.
You’re not wrong. It’s either they have a super unhealthy hatred for their mother (for a good or bad reason) or super unhealthy attachment to their mother. Either way always an unhealthy relationship!
There are plenty of these killers who were born evil. I'm sure not just nature but nurture also made further problems, but it does happen in many cases where they were showing signs of evil as a child. A child doing things like this tells me it's absolutely possible that some are just born evil whether genetics or for whatever reason. It definitely happens though.
Not all people are born with perfect brains. Some have been born with genetically messed up brains. 0 empathy, narcissism, psychopaths, personality disorders are all very real. “Evil seeds”
The women saying that he will be in high regard in jail is talking total boll***s. Anyone in for a crime against women or kids are the lowest of the low. They get a real rough ride inside. And rightly so.
I'll be honest, I've always found the prison hierarchy interesting. No matter what people have done, sexual assault and pedophilia is always shunned and detested. Probably because some of the inmates have wives and children outside, but it really does make me think.
I say we bring back the death penalty by sending in an assassin into the prison to "take care" of Levi. What do you mean he was murdered?! He obviously beat HIMSELF to death!

Many have criticized her for not reporting him sooner, but I don't think it was until the news of the white van did it click that it was possibly him.

UK to American English translation request;
WTH is a "people carrier"... ?
(A bus? Minivan? Doesn't every vehicle carry people?)
A bus
Carry PEOPLE
Car is personal
But can carry PEOPLE
Bus is made to carry PEOPLE
Publique transportation
So PEOPLE carrier
U cheeky devil
Hearse dead PEOPLE carrier
Lol i was like wtf is ppl carrier🤦♂️
It’s like one of those wearable baby carriers, but for adults 😁
LOLS 😂. Exactly my sentiments each time the phrase was mentioned! 🥴 🤷🏻♀️
Eleven children?! Ain’t no way! There is nothing that charismatic about him!!!
A mommy's boy. In this case: A golden child son-husband. 😑
''Back in the day he was good looking''..... I think she meant in a previous life
seriously lmfao the guy with the glasses burnt his azz up
his neck took over his entire shoulders then camera man pans to big neck azz weirdo
I watch this all day , i love crime shows😁
Really? Geez, you must have boring life🤦♀️
Interesting Channel. I am so glad they got the MONSTER!!!!
Those poor Women. May they find peace 🌷
Thank God there were survivors.
As an American I can see after several of these videos our justice systems are significantly different . Seems as though the you British use circumstantial and common sense to get dangerous people off your streets. Here stateside we have to find body parts in their wallet before they can be put away.Believe me O.J. trails happens a lot here.
True, but atleast we dont call cars "people carriers".....
Yea right and you put 200 years of jail instead of a speeding ticket
@@itsmehighguy7639 wait I thought “people carrier” meant van. Either way.
WHAT?! Lmao the USA has the most prisoners of any country in the world! Period! We have people in jail still from the 90s whose only crime was having a dime bag of weed! Most prisoners are used for slave labor which is how our megacorporations like Walmart and Whole Foods stay open....this is why we have so many in jail. We need the labor.
Idk why you think we are more lax than GB when we literally have more prisoners than even those with much larger populations. Not even "Communist China" who has only half the amount of incarcerated and a VERY strict reputation with way WAY more citizens and CCTV everywhere... the facts just don't add up to your perception. 🤷🏾♀️
OJ was wealthy and famous which is the 2 tiered system here but the VAST majority of America does not get the special treatment. That's either a lie or you're very disconnected with the reality of it.
Suddenly????? We have a serial killer on the loose???? (21:45) Why hadn't they told all young women in the area to be on alert...Post police to walk them all Home...Shoddy Job London!
He said " we potentially have a serial killer on the loose"! It then goes on to say they couldn't be formally linked by evidence. They didn't have evidence to say there was a serial killer at that stage & this was said to the media at the time, they asked!
Great doc, wish they woulda had the real cctv footage tho
the random b roll in the background is always funny. the director's like "ok now stand there and look menacing"
AKA "just smoke a cigarette and be fat while the camera rolls."
Idk why the UK docs and series are just so much better then ours hhaa I get so into them and addicted haha and I watch so many crime shows
@Mikey moo yes I could t agree with you more however there will never be anyone better for me then Keith Morrison for me on dateline or josh he’s good to
“So much better than ours”….like people are just supposed to know where you’re from without you saying the country 🙄. Thing is though, in this case, we know. Only an American is so egotistical that they speak like everyone is either from there too or should assume it because you hardly believe another damn country exists. But I do agree with you on your opinion of American crime shows…they are shit.🤮
Did you know hammers are one of the top weapons in homicide??
Probably bc they're so common
Educate Biden he may have to ban them like he wants to do with guns.
*Good looking back in the day??.... when?? From all the photos I've seen... heck no!! Personality can make ppl more attractive but... there's a difference btw confidence and arrogant and arrogant can make the cutest person their ugliest ever!!*

@Donnell Okafor your to sweet! Ty!!
@Donnell Okafor Did you seriously get butthurt because a woman called him ugly? You felt the need to leap in and defend the guy who raped and killed a 13-year-old girl?
Get your head on straight. Your misogyny has addled your brain.
@Donnell Okafor neither are you!
@@zammmerjammer he is under every comment trying to get attention. Some people don't get to win often enough so they got to come here to feel cool.
And now your going to feed, clothe, and shelter him for 40+ years? Glad we have the death penalty!
the death penalty is much more expensive than life in prison because there are appeals built into the process.
Death penalty is shit. They all still are humans, we dont want to be as bad as them
@@sarahreid3467 sounds like you're suggesting castration
When will women realize this is NOT how a man shows his love for you? A man that loves you will not hit, slap, bite, threaten, punch, or kick you (among others). It doesn’t matter if you made the bed wrong, burnt dinner, or were too loud while he was sleeping. It shouldn’t matter if the serial killer is in a quaint town or council estates! It should be treated the same! I’m surprised at that remark. Maybe I misunderstood it, I don’t know.
Your right
She so COMPLACENT
she bugs me
For love they close eyes
does Afghanistan show love for woman
I cant watch i hate these woman who stay with
THESE ARE THE ONES WHO CALL COPS
THEN USE COPS FOR BABYSITTING
OK BABE I WONT
TAKE HIM BACK
THE GAMES WHY COPS GET SICK OF IT
unfortunately, many times it is not the woman's fault and sometimes even beyond their own control... if they grew up around an abusive environment (ex. around abusive parents), that will be the only type of love that they know. And to make it worse, if they have had past abusive relationships, they start to believe this is the only love that they deserve. Another reason could be the amount of manipulation (there are many forms of manipulation) that the man had pressed upon her, and using it to take advantage of her. It truly is sad that this is the reality for some women.
Always happens with mommas boys for some reason or another usually
You’re not wrong. It’s either they have a super unhealthy hatred for their mother (for a good or bad reason) or super unhealthy attachment to their mother. Either way always an unhealthy relationship!
He definitely never had the looks ugh
Literallt had to google what a people carrier was lol
I know, Brits say the darnedest things. Like as opposed to all those other kinds of vehicles that DON'T carry people?
9:30 i appreciate that he was honest and that the were keeping an opened mind.
I watch a lot of crime documentaries and certain ones make me wish torture existed... This is one of them.
Torture _does_ exist, but only for journalists who expose war crimes.
but that makes us no different then them no matter the reason
"Women who were not backward in coming forward" 🤣 I'm dead😂
Ikr?! That’s a first for me too🤣😂
Uh... animals do indeed kill for reasons outside of survival. Humans are no different.
Nobody is born evil people choose to be evil because they sees it as right path of life in their own little world.
There are plenty of these killers who were born evil. I'm sure not just nature but nurture also made further problems, but it does happen in many cases where they were showing signs of evil as a child. A child doing things like this tells me it's absolutely possible that some are just born evil whether genetics or for whatever reason. It definitely happens though.
you don't know Damien Thorn!
Not all people are born with perfect brains.
Some have been born with genetically messed up brains. 0 empathy, narcissism, psychopaths, personality disorders are all very real.
“Evil seeds”
At 26:05 - Noted earlier in the video as being a "mama's boy" I wonder if his mother had blond hair ... dyed or natural?
She had jet black hair , i think jo mentioned it in another crime doc about levi
Converted to Islam 😒
Is a “people carrier” a car...? 🤣
It’s really, in this case, a minivan.
its one of those big cars with 8/9 seats
Omg.the music is SO loud Wien the narrator is speaking
I say we bring back the death penalty by sending in an assassin into the prison to "take care" of Levi. What do you mean he was murdered?! He obviously beat HIMSELF to death!
I agree with you
Hilary Clinton is the person for the job
This guy just kills in plain sight. Brazen as fuck.
no guns . what’s anyone gonna do ?
My favourite part is that he’s still in prison suffering every single day :) Look how that one worked out for ya 👍
He lived behind my house
Real crime is amazing
21:49 did that guy really say 'skutty' council estate?
I just watched a bbc film on this guy called Manhunt. Very well done 👍🏾
Me too
It was good.
Epic narrator: "Like all the attacks bellfield committed, there seems to be no motive for the killings" this is one of the saddest sentences in the english language. my god, these words bite
I like all crime documentaries narrated by Fred Dinenage.
Levi.. .....straight to hell, do not pass go, do not collect $200.......😐
May God always lead and protect us from such evil people,my condolences to families of the victims
Good looking???! He’s absolutely hideous at every stage
37:25 Judge Mr. Justice 🤣
actor portraying the murderer dosen't come close to the description of the murderer. he looks more like the pillsbury doughboy.
25:50 imagine this and no right to own a gun 😢
‘Not on some scuzzy council estate, but in leafy twickenham’ …. So living on the council estate means it’s ok for a serial killer to off ppl but it’s shocking elsewhere …nice British police great ethics
Thought the same! 🤦♀️
I totally agree, comments like that are uncalled for
6:18 and this genius had 4 children with him even though abuse started so early in the relationship
men like this often practice reproductive coercion, as in throwing away birth control, not allowing it, refusing to wear condoms. Assuming it was her choice is ignorant.
@@janetgood6332 ignorance is staying in a relationship where there is abuse. Ignorance is justifying staying in a relationship either by the abused person or just an idiot commenting on a TH-cam video thread.
@@raymondcaylor6292 dude you have no clue. Women are most likely to be murdered when they try to leave.
I always feel bad for the actors who have to portray these horrendous murderers. Obviously my sympathies go to the victims and the families, but that guy who's acting. I would hate to have my talents as an actor result in my face being synonymous with a notorious murderer.
They get paid
Why is the music so loud. Pls fix it
people always say this. Are you using headphones or not because I have headphones on and it sounds clear.

11 kids with 5 women WOW Beast got around
I'm absolutely flabbergasted that he could find one woman to sleep with him let alone five.
Bellfield is one of the strongest argument in favor of the death penalty.
I remember that story it was all near where I lived!!! At the time there were also girls being attacked by the bus stops
You should've stopped him.
Yeah he ain't an animal, they don't behave like that!
Envious. Every sadistic, vengeful, obsessing psychopath. It's envious. We may not see it because we are not like that, but it is envy. Envy of people being loved. Envy of people being loving. That's all there is to it.
truly awful
I have been teased and bullied all my life I have never hated people for it. I have not committed crime because of it. Bullying is no excuse for that behavior.
6:00 - 7:06 & 25:29 - 25:56 There are videos of domestic violence survivors who express the same experiences.
At 21 minutes...Great choice of words, “SCSI Council estates”??? That doesn’t say much to the world… Those happen to be peoples homes and just because they are not as well to do as the narrator I’m sure they are not impressed and having their home called SCSI!😔😒

Actually animals, some, do kill for sport. That woman has obviously never raised chickens!
Yeah I highly doubt a cockney is gonna be raising chickens. Not exactly the bloody countryside haha
7:25 He's talking out of his back passage. They were afraid to go to the police. That's not charisma.
12:14 That's David Brent's office!
A convicted sex offender who lived in the house directly behind the bus stop where Millie was last seen. Yet it took 2 years to convict him, reportably because he was a police informant
what is a people carrier? Is it just a car?
Good looking when he was younger? I don't think so....

Yes thank you for not comparing that evil man to a beautiful animals who are Gods creation , they would never hurt a human unless a humans are in there space , they have there natural instincts for their protection , people have evil behaviours humans are worse than animals , humans know better , they no right and wrong ,they purposely hate and torment then kill ,
